Most of us have things that happened in the past that we still drag to our today and the future. This is very wrong as a Christian. The past should be as far away from you as yesterday is. Just because someone hurt you or something bad happened to you does not mean that your life stops and you put all your energy in feeling bad about the situation. Living in the past is a great hindrance to our success today.

Heart that free from anger, but instead be filled with love and compassion, for anger not bring about the righteous life that GOD desires for you.
