It is very possible for one to go through life without knowing what God created them for. The good thing is, God can reveal to you what your purpose is when you ask him. A Christian who goes through life without knowing their purpose is unfulfilled. You should know that we never came to this world without a purpose. There is that one thing God entrusted you with that no one else can do it like you. If you live a life not in your purpose, you should know that there is something missing in the kingdom of God. That thing, you were supposed to provide.
Our main purpose in Christianity is to preach the gospel of love to the whole world. We cannot all be preachers, pastors and evangelists. Actually there are no two pastors who are the same. We all have a uniqueness that makes our gift very special in the kingdom of God. Our callings are also very different. Some are called to minister the word of God to the world while others are called to finance these ministries. Whatever your calling is just use it to win souls to Christ.
If today you do not know what your calling is, spend quality time with God and you will not be let down. Also ask yourself what do you love doing. What is it that you can do even if you were not being paid to do it. The things you love doing most are a great indicator of your purpose in life. It does not have to come in a big way. God chooses the foolish things of the world to confound the wise. Do not belittle yourself. Let his perfect will be done in your life.
