“ Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachtani?” my God, my God why have you forsaken me?”  Mark 15 vs 34. Those were the last words of Jesus on the cross.  You know something, the name Jesus is the third most common name on the face of planet earth. Yes I am aware that over 3.5 million people in India have not heard of him. I know that about 1.5 million people in Guinea do not know him. And the list goes on and on.

All these I know, but just like the brand “Coca Cola”, the name Jesus Christ has an undeniably great recognition even in places where the gospel has not been preached.  The big question is who is He? A martyr? A spirit? Or perhaps, a myth?  Well, let’s check the scriptures. Mark 8 vs 29 “ Now Jesus and His disciples went out to the towns of Caesarea Phillippi; and on the road He asked His disciple saying to them: But who do men  say that I am ?”  When they told Him.
