Pastor Chris Oyakhilome; the president of the Believer’s Loveworld a.k.a Christ Embassy; has become without doubt one of the must the most powerful positive spiritual influence all over the world today Now; having said all that; don’t be quick to assume this is a biography of the Emblem of grace, wisdom and incomparable splendor. No, it’s not. I would however examine a particular experience he had that inspired this writing. A couple of years ago one of his daughters, by the way, he has two of them; mysterious got paralyzed in her limbs. It was devastating and terrible. He would go out to pray for the sick and instant healing followed; but back at home his own daughter couldn’t even stand to her feet.
That continued for weeks, months and even years. Did his ministry stop because of that? The answer is obvious. Now be very attentive. I will tell you what he did to win in the end. YES! He won; Sharon is basking in divine health even as you read these words. Hallelujah! Our God is awesome; our God is mighty… Infact He is the Almighty. But He would never do for you what you imagine to be beyond His capacity. Let me explain what I mean. David was a teenager when He killed the giant Goliath . Ordinarily and naturally it was unthinkable that a “Mouse like him would kill a loin like Goliath” but it happened. More than his despicable hatred for the “uncircumcised philistine” David had faith. Contrary to what a lot of people think. How we live behind the closed doors is what really counts. Pause here a little; I am not referring to righteous living, I am talking about our Faith walk with The father. What did you say the hospital when you got the call that your brother had been shot? Just yesterday in church you heard many powerful faith filled word from your pastor. Your spirit was liberated. Your soul was lifted.
What did you say when you got to the office and a letter indicating the termination of your appointment was waiting at your desk? What did you tell the doctor when he said you have just 2 yrs to live? All those three years when he watched his daughter crawl when she should have walked; Pastor Chris kept talking his faith. That was exactly what he did when he was all by himself. He had faith, a very strong faith. It’s not enough to have faith people of God; if your faith is not strong enough to be spoken even when the obvious says it is hopeless and useless, then don’t expect anything of a Miracle.
We are A talking people…God spoke His faith; He saw the darkness; but He still spoke what He wanted to see. Gen 1
. Jesus spoke his faith even before the king. He knew who He was even at the point of death. Unshakable and immovable; He was despite the odds. I am a man of the spirit; these are words born of the spirit of the living God. There are too many Christians waiting for a change, a change that can only be orchestrated by no other person by themselves.God is waiting for you…it’s time to stop talking your fear; start talking your faith. Whether you see it or not, say it. In due time; the whole world would rejoice with you. I know they will; because I’ve been there. I can tell you..
