If we follow Jesus, we will not stumble through the darkness, because living light will flood our path. We, as children of God, are the light of the world, as Jesus said in Matthew 5:14-16 , "You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to every one in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven."

When we glorify God and live our life in Him, it has a powerful impact on others. They will learn from our lifestyle and want to glorify God as well. As our Heavenly Father is Light, we, as Christians, are here in this world to illuminate the glory of God. We are here not just as accessories. You may be the only Christian some people will ever meet. God is counting on us to radiate His light to the whole world.

When light shows up, darkness has no option, but to flee. The Word of God tells us in Acts 13:47 , "I have made you a light for the gentiles, that you may bring salvation to the ends of the earth." If we walk in the light as God is Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus purifies us from all sins. AMEN

Child of God, strive to be the light of the world and let the glory of God fill the earth. Be an encouragement to somebody and let love motivate you in all you do, for the glory of God. Reach out and put a smile on somebody's face, and your Heavenly Father will be glorified. Let your light so shine among men that they may see God in you, and all that you do for HIM. AMEN


PRAYER OF SALVATION

"Lord Jesus, I am sorry for all the things I have done wrong. Thank you for dying for me on the cross, to set me free from my sins. I ask you to come into my life as my personal Lord and Saviour, and fill me with the Holy Spirit. Thank you Lord Jesus. Amen."
